Slept in today and finally got up to shower and whatnot. After I finished getting ready, I went to run errands with my mom and dad. We stopped by Walmart and they were selling my favorite pocky for only $1.38! I was so excited I bought four and ate one right when we got into the car LOL. Dropped my mom back off at work and my dad and I headed to Westminster Mall with the intentions of getting my eyebrows threaded but I was on a time crunch so we headed to Target. Picked up this nail polish and a dark red nail polish along with some more eyeliner and visine for my dad.
Got home with little time to spare before gender feud practice. Ran in and changed into sweats and a tshirt, then set up all the equipment before people started coming. Messed around for a bit and played with my dog before we actually started practice lol. Ran through the gender feud mix and then split up to clean up some of our dances. Practice ran really late today, and we even had to bring out a portable light for the people making the backdrops. It was so fun.. While they were running through the breathe dance, the rest of us sat in a circle and bonded for a bit just talking and enjoying each other’s company. After practice ended, we were all trying to do cheer things like toe touches and herkies and stuff HAHAHA. I even tried teaching them some basic break dance moves. Little by little, everyone left. Oh my gosh, during practice the sprinklers came on so we all rushed to move the backdrops and I stood in front of the sprinklers. Everyone was like ” Tanya, you’re getting wet!! ” and I was like ” Guys.. Come on.. I live here, I’ll just go change after ” LOL. Oh gosh and then the ” elegant waves ” and ” pussy pussy pussy meowwwwww ” HAHAHA, shit.. I was dreading practice today because I was so sore and tired, but I’m glad that it was filled with so much fun and all these little jokes.
After everyone was gone and I cleaned up, I ate dinner and then watched the Grammys in my sister’s room. Tried painting my nails with that minty green color but the formula was all fucked up and sticky & gooey so I took it off and put on the dark red color. For now, I’m just going to change and call it a night. Excited for practice tomorrow but I don’t want this weekend to end yet..
